I'm having a proablem with my teeth. It's the bite. It seems that I can only chew on one side of my mouth. There's a famous soccer player that had problems because of his bite. He had to stop playing for awhile. Until he could make his teeth agree on being together.

Bruxism. Bruxism is an uncontrolling grinding of the teeth usully done at night while one's sleeping. One reason why people do this is due to stress. Stress can also cause a person to grind his teeth, as can tension. Another cause is suppressed anger. Supression can make you clench. And it can make you bite.

Malocclusion is a poor fit between your upper and lower teeth, is a big factor in bruxism sufferers. Temporomandibular joints (TMJ) connect the lower jaw (mandible) to the skull. When the two don't fit, you can suffer. Like wearing shoes that are too small for you.
